Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of specific data associated with your account.

What data can be deleted?

You can request deletion of the following types of data:

  • Usage Data: Session history, music preferences, and app settings
  • Stored Content: Saved music files and generated content
  • Analytics Data: Usage patterns and app interaction data

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes (e.g., transaction records for subscription management). Authentication data can only be deleted by deleting your entire account.

Data Deletion Request Form

This must match the email address associated with your Eva account.
Select one or more data types you wish to delete.

What happens after you submit this request?

  1. We will verify your identity using the email address provided
  2. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request
  3. The selected data types will be deleted within 30 days
  4. You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete
