Delete Account

Warning: This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:

  • Your account and authentication information
  • All saved sessions and music preferences
  • Subscription information
  • Usage history and settings

This action is irreversible. If you're sure you want to proceed, please fill out the form below.

Account Deletion Request

This must match the email address associated with your Eva account.
You can find your User ID in the app's Profile section.

What happens after you submit this request?

  1. We will verify your identity using the email address provided
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions
  3. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  4. You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete

Note: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store before requesting account deletion.
